You may be seeking a soulmate, but what about your dreams for yourself as a person – your spiritual, emotional, professional, pie-in-the-sky dreams?
Finding a lasting relationship is a life goal for many people. Once you read Harry Hudson’s story, you might broaden your perspective about “marriage”.
I first read about Harry on Viral Nova. His story touched me, as it undoubtedly has touched many other people. Diagnosed with curable leukemia at a young age, at the dawn of his musical career, Harry documented the progress of his treatment and recovery. He demonstrates that a positive attitude and sense of gratitude can go a long way.
There are many wonderful “tweets” shared in the Viral Nova story, but one of them stood out:
“I cheated on my fears, broke up with my doubts, got engaged to my faith, and now I’m marrying my dreams.
Wow. That is a goal to which we can all aspire.
To put the cherry on top, this quote was posted on my 60th birthday, November 29, 2013. For some strange reason, that makes me feel even more connected to Harry.
You can follow Harry at @RealHarryHudson on Instagram to keep up with his story – I know that I will.
These are the questions I am pondering today, and would love to hear your thoughts:
- Are you ready to get over your doubts and fears and commit to your dreams?
- What is standing in your way?
